Tattooing involves inherent risks (including irritation, infection, allergic reaction, or healing complications)
You are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by Espinas
Final appearance may change as the tattoo heals

3) Eligibility & ID requirements
You must meet all eligibility requirements for tattoo services, including any age requirements required by local laws/regulations. We may require valid photo ID before providing tattoo services.
4) Booking, deposits, rescheduling, and cancellations
Policies can vary depending on the service and artist availability. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking
Deposits may be non-refundable (especially for last-minute cancellations/no-shows) and may be applied toward the final service total
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate
Espinas reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion (including if a request is unsafe, inappropriate, or violates these Terms).
5) Floral orders (general)
For floral purchases, you agree that:
Floral products are seasonal and availability can change; substitutions may be necessary to fulfill an order while maintaining the overall style/value
Colors may vary due to natural variation in flowers and lighting
If delivery is offered, accurate delivery details are required. Delivery timing is often estimated and may be impacted by weather, access issues, or other factors outside our control.
6) Pricing, payments, and taxes

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Espinas is not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment platforms.
7) Refunds

Tattoo services: generally non-refundable once performed. If you have concerns, contact us and we’ll review options on a case-by-case basis.
Floral products: due to perishability, sales may be final. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us promptly with details/photos (if applicable).
8) Aftercare responsibility
Proper aftercare is essential. Espinas is not responsible for outcomes impacted by:
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Picking/scratching, excessive sun exposure, soaking, or friction during healing
Use of non-recommended products
Pre-existing skin conditions or allergies not disclosed before service
9) Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, logos, images, designs, and branding) is owned by Espinas or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or reproduce it without written permission.
10) Photo & content use (optional clause)
Espinas may photograph or video completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your tattoo or order not be shared, let us know in writing before your appointment/order is completed, and we will respect your request.

Our website may link to third-party websites (social platforms, booking tools, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
12) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Espinas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, services, or products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Espinas for the applicable service/product.
